AUThe location and the cleanliness
No aircon remote so we were very hot during the night and the bed mattress was collapsed

A/C is listed in the services includes but the owner refused to provide the A/C remote saying that they decide when it's hot enough for it to be available so that they could "save the planet". They said we could just open the windows in the evening given there were mosquito nets installed, however the mosquito net in the living room (where the A/C is only covers half the door window (therefore uselsess) and they left it open before we arrived, so when we arrived the house had mosquitoes roaming around. Also it's not immediately clear from the property profile that you don't have car parking available but just have to park on the green outside on a side street.
