The staff was horrible on the call they said some boy would come and pick us up but no one came to pick up our bags when my husband called him he said come straight just locating us as we reach on the location by 2:30pm my husband ask for lunch staff told us now kitchen has closed after 2-3 calls they agree to give us chinese then for night we order full meal with 4 roti and butter chicken they given us 1 roti and when we call the guy who took order his phone was switched off in morning when we ask why his phone was switched off he said shift was over 🥹the he has not even try to settle it we just sadi keep it with you rest amount

Unfortunately, the inverter shut down around 3:30 AM, after which we had no fan or light for the rest of the night. That experience was far from comfortable, especially when we expected basic amenities to be consistently available. Regarding the water issue, it’s unfair to shift the responsibility to us by saying it should have been “properly communicated.” If your caretaker is present and attentive, such a basic issue should be proactively managed without the need for constant follow-ups from guests. We genuinely hoped for a more understanding and solution-oriented response rather than a defensive one. We appreciate the natural setting of your property, but essential services and honest communication are just as important. We hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the guest experience going forward.

The stay was pleasant — the room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with well-done interiors. The amenities were impressive, including a TV, fridge, and cooktop, which added to the convenience. The WiFi worked well throughout the stay, and any connectivity issues were promptly addressed. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay.

You need to place your food orders before 6 PM, as the caretaker is unavailable after that. Additionally, there’s an extra charge of Rs. 50 for every delivery. The in-house restaurant, Lunah, serves good food, but the menu could benefit from more variety. While the caretakers are helpful and take care of your dinner orders, options are limited, and late-night food requests are not accommodated. If you’re traveling with kids or require more flexible dining options, this might not be the most convenient place to stay.
