Cleanliness, kitchen equiped with everything you need, balcony, easy to find a breakfast in the morning because there are many coffee shops in front of the street.

We are not usually guests with demands, but because we didn’t have hot water on the first day, it was awful in generally for our stay.

big kitchen even tho I haven't use it. very good instructions to reach the location. room is big enough and clean.

The bedroom was very comfortable and private. The owner was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and clear when giving us instructions.

We would have preferred if there was a doormat in front of the bathroom, since the floor keeps getting wet after we get out of the shower because our feet were wet. It would also be nice if there was a small bottle of shower gel, but it's no big deal either.

Very spacious room, clean with all the facilities that you need. The air conditioner worked very well. Easy to find, self check in and check out without problems. The owner speaks very well english which is rare in Italy.

The guest in the other room were very loud, they made noise eraly in the morning.

Kinda creepy vibe with mostly murder related movie posers. But my vibe, good room for longer stays
