Great villa hosted by a lovely family. Always made sure we had everything we needed and offered us tea or coffee. Good location, not too far away from the centre of town or the main restaurant and bar areas.

We stayed in the villa from May 4 till May 11,2024. The staff were very good and they felt that we are in the home. I went with my mom,dad, sister and my brother. The house owner was such a welcoming lady. They have full fill our all request although it was not in part of the package. If you want to stay in Negambo its a write place for you.

Lovely hosts and lovely family. I spent one day with my friend, and we felt really welcome. The place is quite and very well located, 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. It has Air conditioner. They are so kind doing the best for the client, I felt they have this very good heart that you remember later. We had also the chance to taste their food and fish! and they are very good cookers! I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Hosts were so kind and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your stay. The room was clean and tidy. The mosquito net was really useful. We could sleep windows open only because of the net. The location is perfect if you want to stay away from busy roads and the crowds and yet it’s well connected, just few minutes walk from shops and plenty of restaurants. . They even offered us coffee, refreshments for no extra charges. Lovely family with a lovely property. Definitely recommend.

Only 30 minute tuktuk ride from the airport so ideal for the night you arrive. The staff were super friendly and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

It was very simple. It would have been nice to have some toilet roll provided.

What an amazing homestay and the owners are the best! A very kind and friendly family, always go beyond expectations. I stayed here twice for over a week. The rooms are very clean, huge, and quiet. There is also aircon which is rare for Sri Lanka. There are outdoor spaces to sit and relax too. You can order very delicious local breakfast and dinner. So much tastier than the food outside in the expensive restaurants. It’s about 5 mins walk to the beach and there are supermarkets nearby. The train station is just a few mins tuk tuk drive away and there is easy access to/from the airport. The family was very kind to store one of my bags for nearly 3 months so i didn’t have to drag it around the whole island.

Look no further if you are looking for a place to stay in Negombo! The family who owns the homestay are the nicest people I’ve met in Sri Lanka! They even welcomed me with fresh juice, and at times surprised me with nice breakfast and dinner. The rooms are spacious, very clean and very quiet, the bathroom is modern, there is also hot shower although you don’t really need. There is also outside seating area. You can prepare hot water as well in the kitchen. The location is also great! There is a small supermarket at the end of the road if you are in need of anything. A quiet section of the beach is about 5 mins walk and plenty of restaurants on the main road and a bigger supermarket which are 3 mins walk away. I stayed here 7 nights and I wish I could stay longer. But I will be back for a day or two at least before I leave Sri Lanka.
