You can book this place without any hesitation as: The host will give you a warm welcome and will prepare a good and big breakfast; before your arrival he will be in contact if you need any important information about the country (he can arrange transport from airport to the property, and if you arrive after a long flight, this can be very useful); The location is convenient from Colombo airport; The room is simple, but clean and for the money you'll pay is incredibly good! The bed was very comfortable;)

We liked everything about this villa and especially their service!

The water supply for taking showers is very little during the daytime, however in the night there seems to be more water available.

The family was very nice and welcoming especially the uncle we met .They offered us a welcoming drink and uncle gifted us mangoes from his tree.

I think I misunderstood and was expecting it on the beach side but it was 10 to 15 mins walk .
