VILLA VAIROARII - Garden & private beach

Lepa lokacija, sicer je bila plaža ob našem prihodu polna naplavin, vendar se je potem ščistila čez noč. Hiša ima samo dve spalnici, ena postelja je na podestu dnevnega prostora, kjer pa ni klime ampak samo ventilator. Tam bi bilo obvezno postaviti še eno klimo, ker je bilo zelo vroče in smo morali v sobah pustiti odprta vrata, da se je lahko malo shladilo še v dnevnem prostoru, sicer ne bi mogli spati. Hiša ima zelo velik park, do prve trgovine je cca. 8 min z avtom. Avto je za to lokacijo obvezen. Lep pogled na morje, v bližini je Coral Garden, do katerega lahko pridete s kajakom, vendar je samo en na voljo, nas pa je bilo 6. Terasa je prekrasna.

da ni klime v dnevnem prostoru in v spalnem delu tretje postelje. Kopalnica bi bila potrebna prenove, je stara in glede na izgled ostalega dela hiše je, kot da ne spada zraven, pa še edini vhod v hišo je čez to kopalnico, to še nismo videli. Ko enkrat odkleneš vrata od kopalnice in vstopiš v hišo je potem možen od znotraj izhod na teraso in izhod iz kuhinje - bolje bi bilo, da je tam glavni vhod v hišo.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel avec un jardin immense et un accès à la plage juste devant la maison. Le bain est super. La taille de la maison est très appréciable pour ne pas nous sentir les uns sur les autres. La proximité de la gare maritime et des commerces alentours est un réel plus😊

Met the property manager when we arrived and got the keys directly from her. The sand, beach and water are awesome. We spent hours snorkeling. Every day. We would leave to hike, eat and scuba dive. Then return to the property to enjoy the breeze, water, stars, coconuts, star fruit, kayaks, warm nights, ... Yes. We found it to be excellent. Hands down. Excellent.

My wife and I liked everything about the villa. For those considering coming with many friends, do note that the villa has one bathroom - so that may be something the factor. The downstairs as well as the upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning which is nice at night. During the day, opening the front and back patio doors brought in a very pleasant, cooling breeze; so we found that air conditioning (which the common areas don't have) wasn't needed anyway.

Le lieux est magnifique avec une belle plage, une très belle vue sur Tahiti et un personnel de qualité.

Très belle maison, propre et literie très confortable. Les extérieurs sont merveilleux, les plages privées, la vue sur Tahiti, super jardin et kayaks, palmes, masques tubas, vélos à disposition. Communication avec propriétaire et conciergerie très facile

L’emplacement, l’accueil très chaleureux, la maison est grande , la propreté, vue sur le lagon , plage privée, grande terrasse , canoë à disposition .

Emplacement incroyable avec plage privée. Deux kayaks à disposition et des transats pour profiter de la vue. Villa très propre et grande terrasse très agréable. Nous avons passé trois jours vraiment sympas.

La mezzanine n'a pas de climatisation et l'été il doit être difficile d'y dormir même avec le ventilateur.

La maison est confortable dans l’ensemble. Le spot incroyable. Je reviendrai assurer 🤣🤣
