Ramitos Hotel

Our room was very modern, clean and comfortable with amazing views - we almost didn’t want to leave it! Pool and restaurant were really nice, plus the staff were super friendly and sweet.

It was a little further out from the main town but they offer a free commute to the beach with a reserved area for guests of the hotel. Honestly would stay here again!

Staff were all very friendly, excellent english, food is beyond amazing especially steak being cooked In front of us. Pool and views are outstanding and the private beach is such an amazing place

its a nice quite small hotel good for getaway far from the city as its not in Marmaris

the main issue was its not in Marmaris as explained...... its one hour away from the city with a hard mountain drive up and down

- The beach area was fabulous, clean and great. - The pools were very good, and the surrounding areas were very perfect. - The reception team (Toughba, Elef and the nice lady Felex) are professional and the manager was very kind. - The food was delicious, The seated breakfast was very good idea, delicious and different items served.

Nothing at all just that you have to ask for the cleanning services.

The potential of the hotel is high: nice quiet remote location with a superb view, large rooms, latest electronic equipment, very charming. Breakfast is a typical Tutkish mix in large quantities. They propose two accesses to the beach, one in Tulunc (in partnership with a beach cafe) and one much better in Kumlubuk where you have a superb clean beach and sunbeds provided by a restaurant giving good food. For the rooms with jaccuzzi on the balcony, the view is amazing. Some members of the staff are really nice and helpful. Overall, a good place but it could be much better.

BUT... the access is with stairs so be prepared to climb everyday 2 to 6 levels depending on your rooms. The upper parking lot has a painful access using a forest road which is not comfortable with cars (see picture) More serious: they couldn't find our booking and we had to wait 20 mn before getting a solution. Even more serious: the cleaning is mediocre and not regular in the bedrooms. No water on our last day and no solution given. Also, many equipments are faulty or already damaged despite the fact that the hotel is almost new. The TV is cool but impossible to watch any channel. The training of the staff or organization is a problem: you wait 20 to 30 mn to get your breakfast, you have no information about the hotel when you check-in... We hope with time, all these troubles will find a solution because today the value for money is not ok.

There is very little to say here: the technology embedded in the room and pool. A very good cappuccino, which is very rare in Turkey

I could talk for two hours without repeating myself. First of all, the location is terrible (by the way, if you are car sick, don't stay in Turunc. access is on a single road that is full of serpentines and you have to go up and then down a mountain... SERIOUSLY! If you are car sick DO NOT STAY HERE!). Followed closely by the staff (in many situations I suspect their ill will - to give you an example: we were two couples and we rented two rooms. In the morning at breakfast, all 4 of us sat at the same table. They brought us ONE breakfast. After several failed attempts to communicate, I gave up on their breakfast - which was horrible anyway - in the end they motivated that they don't know English ... there were 4 people at a table ... what does that have to do with with the English language... I SUSPECT BAD WILL! Aaa and don't forget: THEY HAVE THEIR OWN CURRENCY COURSE, which charges my bill with 30 EUROS compared to the amount in the booking reservation. Now the rooms: I dont't agree with the rooms with a direct entrance from outside, but this is a personal option and I can't count on them. The cleanliness in the rooms is agony, the joints of the tiles are dirty and more. access to each villa is by stairs: ONLY BY STAIRS. Tiring and I don't understand why you would want this on vacation. And the location ... GOOD LUCK IN FINDING THE HOTEL - you will be nervous ... not even WAZE can take you there ...

The property is gorgeous. Beautiful design. It’s still relatively new, so many features aren’t fully functional though

Housekeeping wasn’t available everyday. They had only two people on the premises and that was hardly enough to clean all rooms.
