Lake senses

Beautiful, fully-equipped apartment, which was perfect for our long-term stay. The location and views were excellent. The car park was nearby and free. The hosts were excellent and were very responsive. I would highly recommend this apartment to others and will stay here again next time we are in Agios Nikolaos.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is cosy and well laid out. My partner was overjoyed to see a console (playstation?) but he didn't use it! They have really thought of everything, every press and cupboard had a new surprise. The location is ideal for wandering around AN near the lake. We liked being able to lower the shutters for complete darkness, the very quiet washing machine and build in airer. We loved the view of the sea. They even had a choice of pillow types on the bed for different sleepers. I cooked breakfast comfortably in the kitchen. When I forgot an item, they kindly left it in a business next door for collection. We parked at Parking Manolis (10e a night) which was very convenient. There is also free parking at the port.

This isn't something the owners can change but if spending time on the balcony is important, you should be aware that you would need to be up early to avoid the noise of the traffic, it is a trade-off for the location. Very peaceful at the weekend.

We had an exceptional stay in this apartment—it's hands down the best and most comfortable we've experienced in Crete. The central location and stunning view alone would make this place worth a high rating, but it also features amazing design and all the comforts you could need. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed truly restful nights, and the shower is super relaxing. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it's well-equipped for any cooking needs. The entire apartment is thoughtfully refurbished, ensuring a pleasant stay without any hassle. Giannis and Giorgia, the hosts, were incredibly kind and attentive, always quick to respond to our requests and provide recommendations. We appreciated the independent check-in process, especially with flight delays and late arrivals, yet still felt warmly welcomed and well-assisted both in person and via WhatsApp. The apartment's central location is perfect, surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars, but the excellent soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment. There are several free and private parking options available if you're traveling by car. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning to the beautiful Agios Nikolaos!

Nothing we didn't like

Fantastic location, a short walk away to a great selection of restaurants, shops etc. The apartment itself is immaculate, newly renovated and kitted out with all of the latest gadgets and full of absolutely every item you could ever imagine you would need! It overlooks the Port and is run by two incredible people, Gianni and Georgia, along with their daughter Christina. They made our stay so memorable, nothing was a problem for them. We highly recommend staying here and will absolutely be returning ourselves soon enough!
