Unable to turn on heating, outside was under 20 degrees, but house was colder.

Wifi was poor / continuously disconnected Floor was wet when we arrived and there was no mop or anything to clean up Check in process was unclear, I had to call to get the keys as there’s no “reception” Toilet had a bad smell, which is why we always had to keep the windows open Only one pillow per person in the bed No oil and some other essential tools in the kitchen
