The Birches

Very spacious and well equipped. Parking was helpful and a great location to pop into town. Nicky was beyond helpful and great communication via message.

Perfectly located in a quiet area but close to numerous places to eat and drink. A beautiful 15min walk into the centre of town along the river to explore all of Cambridge's sights. The place has everything you could need and the bed is super comfortable. The free parking is such a bonus too!

The property was modern, clean and well maintained. The location was also very convenient given the things we wanted to do.

The property is advertised as "air conditioned", but that isn't quite the case. The fans provided were helpful although, at times it was quite warm especially in the upstairs bedroom.

The location was perfect, a lovely walk through the park (2 minutes away from The Birches) to the centre of town. Also near to where the punts were moored and over the bridge to a lido. Plenty of places to eat out close by but fully equipped modern spotless kitchen for home cooking. Apartment on 2 floors, modern bright decor, comfortable sofas. Very friendly welcome from the owner Nicky.

We visited in the heatwave and we couldn't sleep upstairs it was so hot as there were no opening windows in the bedroom. Two good fans were provided but it was exceptional weather and we couldn't cool down. I'm sure 99% of the time the bedroom would be fine, again it was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Thank you
