Lovely quirky little House

The house is wonderful - very spacious, full of light, modern but cosy and very clean. Not right in the historical centre but at walking distance, and 5 minutes from a wonderful walk by the river Cam, in a quiet street. Instructions on how to access the house and recommendations about everything we needed were extremely clear and helpful. Communication with the host was great.

The only issue, if one is sensitive to noise, is that when it rains heavily in the night the rain sounds very loud as the bedroom is upstairs right under the roof. But this can easily be solved with earplugs when it happens.

The property has everything one needs for short and long stay. It’s walking distance from the center. Neighborhood is quiet. Kitchen is fully equipped. It’s very comfortable place.

Nothing to complain about

The location was great for sightseeing around Cambridge and we enjoyed some lovely walks. The Birches had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Good location near to Cambridge centre

No bathtub

Modern clean property great location. Parking & good communication from Nicky. Would book again

Clean, fresh, lovely decor this is a great little place to stay with parking. Lots of natural light coming in from all the skylights.

Although we were close to Cambridge I thought the immediate area was a little run down.
