The location was outstanding—central and convenient. The facility itself was modern, well-sized, and thoughtfully equipped. Clean towels and reliable hot water added to the comfort. While the television and washing machine weren’t essential, they were available for convenience. A dishwasher might have been more useful than a washing machine, but that depends on individual needs

The second bed was not prepared, with no sheets provided. While the main bed had sheets, there were no blankets or warm coverings, leaving us cold—we ended up sleeping in our clothes. We found a duvet but no cover for it. Additionally, some glasses and cutlery were not clean, so we washed everything before using them. The stove top was difficult to light with the lighter, making it feel unsafe. Ultimately, we only cooked once—a simple bowl of pasta.

Was clean, even if it is in a central location the noise was in the minimum scale so was well soundproofed, the bathroom was as described and clean. Nice little kitchenette with pots and pans for a stay in eating. The host was polite.

The photos when I booked the apartment through the Booking app show probably a different apartment and not the actual one I was in, the only accurate photo was the one with the double bed on the loft. The single bed wasn’t prepared for our stay even after I mentioned that I’ve booked to stay with my son. So we had to use our own bed linen.

Traditional tuscan apartment beautifully restored in the heart of Pistoia. Well equipped and quiet. All the information about how to check in was sent in detail in advance and all our questions answered promptly so thank you ..

Tommaso was an excellent host. Very nice guy who showed me around the commune. The apartment is absolutely beautiful... probably from the 1500's in a beautiful and lively Piazza. I actually had the two best meals on my whole trip right in the restaurant underneath my apartment. It was pasta with a rabbit ragu. Lots of restaurants , shops, and supermarkets close by. Pistioa is an absolute gem and great place to relax and take side trips to Florence and other Tuscan cities. Thanks Tomasso. I will return and stay with you again
