The place and the comfort of the apartment with the facilities provided were excellent, really appreciate the value of the place in accordance to the budget I had. In general the place worth it. And the Owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Well, to be honest I don't have any negative comments about the place or stay, just the AC remote so didn't work at times, apart from that it's all good.

"Colombo Apartment"

The owners are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Apartment is a good size and in a secure building. has a nice view and lots of natural light.

A few more kitchen items and larger pans would have been appreciated. I had an issue with ants, mainly in the kitchen, but raised this with the owner and is to be treated.

"Great apartment"

The apartment is located in a convenient location and it has a pool and a supermarket too. All the rooms are spacious and air-conditioned with comfy beds. The property manager Hansali is fantastic, she was very quick to respond to all my messages. Highly recommended.

The hot water pressure in the bathrooms could have been better.
