Sunset View

Perfect location for far from civilisation beach lovers. Very well-equipped and air-conditioned apartment. There is a shower outside the apartment to wash the sand off before going in. Clear instructions are given by the host on how to find and access the place.

The bed upstairs is not double but 2 single matrasses put together. Those matrasses are stone hard. No electric kettle and no microwave.

The location😍 Sunset View had all that our family of 4 could want/need even a couple of parasols and paddle tennis to bring to the beach. It is the top floor (of 2) appartement with a fantastic view. Not many options for dining out in Porto Alabe though, but it made for a nice and quiet stay. Donatella (the host) was very helpfull and quick to answer any and all our questions.

On a side note: if you, like me, bring people around 1,95 to 2m in height, they WILL hit their head at some point. Especially on the markise on the balcony. That's life for tall people 😄 Be aware, unless your kids are small, say 10 yrs and under, I would not recommend booking Sunset View for more than 4 people! There are beds for 6, but seating more than 4 grown up sized people on the balcony is tight. I am hesitant to mention the quality of the matresses in the parents bedroom, because I know it's different for everybody. To us, they felt kind of thin/cheap. My teenagers said the bunk bed matresses were good.

Sunset View is the perfect place to stay in Porto Alabe! The accommodation is exactly as described and the view is really quite special when the sun is setting. The accommodation is clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is great with a quick walk to the beach, a coastal path, a few restaurants and a small supermarket. Communication was quick, easy and very friendly. We would happily return!
