AUGreat location with no more than a 15 minute drive to all main attractions in Rotorua. Lots of space for families without being on top of one another. Spa was a hit :)

There are 5 bedrooms and only one bathroom with the only toilet in the bathroom. It wasn't a problem for us but is something to consider when you are booking the house.

NZFacilities, cleanliness of the property were awesome and so handy to mountain biking, lakes etc. Spa pool was also great for the kids. Comms were also great!
