As this was a semi basement apartment, it was dark, with no views and we had to have the lights on all the time. One needs a car in Milos and because this apartment isn't in walking distance of any like beaches, restaurants etc we were glad we had transport. The transfer is quite expensive and we had to wait a while for it to arrive.

Very clean and comfortable , great location on the Island, peaceful.

The photos are deceiving , the only apartments at the front with a terrace and views are one bedroom. The 2 bedroom ones are in the basement which has damp problem they even have a humidifier in one bedroom . So we didn’t sit outside at all as the table and chairs were at the top of the staircase where other customers walked past . Bathroom was tiny. Also it would be amazing if the owners could take responsibility for the 4 beautiful but very neglected cats and could get them neutered before another lot of kittens arrive ! We and another lady were feeding them and giving water . They kept coming into the apartments but with fleas and mites we had to put a barrier at the door . Unfortunately we were only for a couple of days so couldn’t arrange vetcare ourselves .

1. Apartment was very centrally located on the island, just off a main road closed to both main towns. 2. Milos accommodation allowed us to keep our suit cases in their office after check out. 3. Milos accommodation organised a taxi service for €15 per person. 4. Apartment was very clean, and was cleaned during our stay.

I was very dissatisfied with the apartment as we were facing the main road, and constantly had traffic passing, and little privacy from the other people in the complex as we were directly facing the car park. I found the "Studio Apartment with Sea View" misleading from the photos. There are a total of 5 apartments in the complex. Both apartment 1 and 3 are "Studio Apartment with Sea View", with apartment 3 facing the main street and car park and apartment 1 at the rear of the property. Images 1, 6, 7, 9, 10, 19, 22 were apartment 3 where we stayed. When I addressed this point with the gentleman who gave us the keys he proceeded to blame booking.com and said it was subject to availability.

This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. It all started with the car rental, which we booked through the accommodation. We clearly asked for an evening pickup, but they booked it for the morning because they don’t understand the difference between AM and PM. When I calmly explained the mistake, they didn’t even apologize. Before we checked in, I called to ask a few basic questions. I spoke with someone named Georgia, who responded with a shocking comment: “You’re not even in the room yet and you’re already complaining.” ??? Once in the room, we were hit with the real disappointment: the view was nothing like the photos on Booking.com. What was supposed to be an open sea view turned out to be a parking lot, a construction site, the road, and a tiny sliver of ocean. A complete scam. So be careful when you book the room with sea view. When we pointed this out, the manager offered to “come check if we were in the wrong room” but only if we paid a fee lol… despite their office being a 5-minute car trip. This place is not only dishonest, it’s disrespectful. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.
