Спасибо, за гостеприимство, всё было хорошо. спасибо Рашиду - ресепшин - помогал с возникающими вопросами. завтрак был хороший. Чисто, опрятно, приятно. :)

вентиляция в душевой\туалет - не совсем в рабочем состоянии. не все номера с хорошим видом из окна - не помеха если постоянно в грооде или экскурсия.

"Great stay in Almaty"

I enjoyed my stay a lot: new comfy room; very nice location near to the walking area which I enjoy; good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

WiFi was ok but sometimes not fast enough for my video calls.

Lovely hotel; Hearty breakfast Welcoming staff Comfy bed and nice room

I gave 9 points because for 3 days there was no hot water. It’s not directly hotel’s fault as the gas was switched off in the area but they did not have any solution.
