Size of the studio, design, location, quietness, wifi.

We booked 24 nights and the liquid hand soup and shower gel were only 1/4 full. We asked for more, but by the time they answered we bought our own. There is an oven and oven dishes but no oven mittens or kitchen towels. No paper towels and laundry detergent, you have to buy them. No extra bathroom towels or bed lines provided for such a long stay of 24 nights and they asked a fee to change while this was not disclosed at booking and check-in. Actually there was no communication at check-in (while the host stated to booking.com that they disclosed this). Window screen in the room is detached from the base, mosquitos can get in. The lid and inside of the garbage bin were dirty with stains and sticky. The garbage bag was just thrown on the bottom of the bin instead of being properly fitted. White shelves below the TV were dusty, my hand turned black after wiping one shelf. The light bulbs above bathroom mirror did not work. Pillow cases with the design on them were dirty, we washed them. The brown stuff at the bottom of the toilet bowl needs to be cleaned/removed. In the end the communication with the host was unsatisfactory for speed and resolution.

Good location. You can go to the old town easily.

Not so clean especially the bathroom and it had a weird smell.

Great location and value for money

One of the best location in Bucharest, modern apartment, very clean, with all facilities. Close to the Old Center, shops, restaurants, public transport and areas of interest but very quiet because the windows face the courtyard behind the building. Easy check in.
