It was interesting place to stay in

The property looked different than the picture, but it was still fine to live in with local decorations and designe in apartment.

The check in process was easy and the host was available when we needed her.

The apartment did not look like any of the pictures. It was not very clean. Lots of black hair and dust everywhere. The floor was covered in a white film and was dirty. I asked the host for cleaning supplies and mop to clean the place. She responded promptly and I was able to clean up as much as I could. We stayed for 3 days and every single day we had to walk to the 40th floor because the elevator key card would work and then randomly stop. We had a replacement on day two but by the end of the day it quit working so we walked up the stairs. By day 3 we just gave up altogether and walked. The facilities are also dirty and not maintained. I would not recommend staying here.

Banana apartment is really good place to stay for vacation or business trip. Owner and host really good, friendly, we never got the owner as good as Banana apartment. We'll stay again at Banana apartment when coming to Nha Trang. So far, this apartment is really safe for us. outsider cant easily accessed the apartment.

Security guard/receptionist at Banana apartment building is not good to us. We asked them politely and nicely, once first time touch down in that building. they told us, this is wrong place and showed us to go to another building. We really felt bad that time. Because we know we are in the right place.
