Very well renewed / furnitute quality . Very well located close to the city center

We were convinced to have access to the pool based on our criterias of réservation and photo and name of the site.. In reality there are three suites and only one gives access to the pool. Finally we were at thé ground floor giving straight to the street. There was a mouse in the kitchen .

Appartement magnifique au rez-de-chaussée (donc sans accès piscine). De l'antique remis au goût du jour... Splendide ! Et la localisation était parfaite.

ATTENTION ! Ne vous fiez pas à la première photo de l'annonce : la piscine n'est réservée qu'à un seul des trois appartements en location... Donc si vous choisissez l'emplacement sans faire attention (comme nous), vous risquez d'être déçu...

trés bel endroit, atypique, reposant.... très tranquille- climatisation fonctionne très bien - très chouette d'être accueilli avec des boissons au frigo. Tout etait très propre. très sympatique les 2 salles de douche et 1 salle de bain- très agréable quand on est une famille de 4 personnes .

Ventilation dans salle de douche dans notre chambre pourrait être amélioré.

Adored this property!!! Absolutely stunning! Fabulous rooftop mini pool!! Gorgeous just to sit with your feet tipped in the water to cool down in the warm July weather! Glass or two of wine on the terrace before cooling down in the hammock! Bed extremely comfortable! Fab air conditioning too. My favourite place for sure!! Definitely Will be back! Bed extremely comfortable!!

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing – every detail has been carefully thought out. We booked the large apartment and didn’t regret it at all. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from the main piazza. Parking was conveniently close, right on the street. There’s also a sofa bed, which is great if you’re staying with kids or friends. Plus, there are two showers, which was super practical. There were also a printed reccmmendations of restaurants, since it’s our first time we really appreciated it. The host was also very responsive! The whole place is beautifully styled and very comfortable.

Large ground floor apartment that feels somewhat underutilized. The location is fantastic, less than 10 minute walk from the train station and on the edge of the historic center of Lecce, close to everything. The ambience is awesome being surrounded by the Lecce stone and vaulted ceilings, you really feel a part of the place. Wifi was solid as we did some remote work while there. Management staff was responsive via WhatsApp when things came up.

A series of things happened during our 3-week stay that shouldn't happen for the amount of money that's being spent: ~ Hot water went out for 24 hours, the management was responsive and got it fixed the next day, but it's still an unpleasant surprise. ~ Water leaking from the ceiling or wall in one of the bathrooms, not sure why or from where, again management was responsive and had it looked at, it occurred for the first 4 or 5 days of our stay and then stopped and didn't occur again. ~ Door access codes changed without being informed, again management was responsive and either remotely unlocked door for us or reset the code and sent us the info. ~ We and the upstairs guests were locked inside at one point because the outer gates, which are not controlled by an electronic code, just a good-old key, were closed by someone else. We were able to make it out of our bedroom window/door because we were on the ground floor, but I think the upstairs neighbors had a harder time. ~ mold on the wooden cutting boards ~ only 6 nespresso pods for 2 people for 3 weeks, not refilled. This was fine, I used the Mokapot in lieu. No electric kettle. ~ not a lot of room to comfortably sit - the 'couch' is more of a daybed, the chairs around the fountain are stylish but not very comfortable. ~ The photos present a lot of greenery and plants, but when we were there the plants were mostly gone and the ones that remained were in need of some love. ~ A never-ending population of small fruit flies of unknown origin If your stay is short, you many not come across any of these issues, but if you stay for a longer time, be prepared for some surprises.

The apartment with a pool. Be ready for narrow, steep stairs, if you're okay with that this apartment makes you feel like a child in a fairy tale. The entry is on the 1st floor above ground level, the lofted bed is accessed via more stairs, then the bathroom by yet more stairs, and then the rooftop balcony by yet more stairs. This vertical orientation makes it fun and spacious, despite being a somewhat small space. There is tons of natural light, but also remote controlled blinds to block it out when necessary. The compact kitchen was small but usable with plenty of amenities. The rooftop was gorgeous and comfortable once we found the cushions for the outdoor furniture. We didn't use the pool due to other plans and somewhat cold weather, but I think it would be pretty spectacular as a place to have a glass of wine during sunset in warmer months.

Cleaning supplies, broom, mop, bucket left behind prominently in the bathroom. Two of the six outdoor chairs on the roof patio were broken.
