프란체스카와 가족분들이 정말 친절하십니다 방이 엄청 넓습니다 침대에 머리카락 먼지는 없었지만 작은 얼룩이 있었어서 아쉬웠어요 화장실은 수압도 좋고 깔끔합니다 또 샤워용품이 다양하고 충분합니다 야외 테이블에 매일 아침 준비해주시는 아침식사는 여유로운 느낌을 주어 마음이 편안합니다 숙소내에 렌탈한 스쿠터를 안전하게 보관할 수 있어 마음이 놓였습니다(숙소로 들어가는 골목에 ztl 표시가 있었는데 괜찮은지는 모르겠습니다) 주변에 맛집과 큰마트 셀프세탁소가 있어 편리합니다 4일동안 편안하게 머물렀습니다

청소 부분과 수건교체 관련해서 개선이 되었으면 좋겠어요 청소는 이틀에 한번 정도는 청소해주시면 좋겠어요 수건은 새수건을 매일 문고리에 걸어주시면 너무 편안할거같아요

Anfitriã Francesca foi muito cordial, simpatica e solicita. Acomodação muito boa e confortavel. A localização é bem familiar, a noite é muito silencioso. Fica bem proximo ao centro de Piano e ao lado do metrô, localização otima.

Unico ponto negativo foi que no quarto não possuia espelho de corpo.

Everything was good!

Francesca made us feel so welcome at her wonderful place. The whole place was beautifully decorated, especially the courtyard which was a lovely place to have breakfast. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh pastries, fruit and coffee - however there was also cereal, muesli and jams in the room if you prefer. The room had everything we needed, with juice and milk in the fridge, and a wonderful selection of pastries and snacks. The room itsself was really comfortable, great bed, air conditioning and fully stocked with toiletries. Thank you again Francesca for making our stay so memorable, we had a wonderful time staying! Hope to say again.

Nothing - spectacular stay!

This place was so lovely we were so happy with everything. There is free breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, pastries and Cappucino on the outdoor terrace which is very relaxing with the piano music. Inside there are lots of free snacks, tea and coffee. The bathroom is filled with lots of different types of shampoo and conditioners. Francesca who is the owner was so lovely and always helped us with anything. Very happy

Nuestra estadía en esta propiedad fue realmente excelente. Las instalaciones se encuentran en perfecto estado, muy limpias, cómodas y pensadas en cada detalle para garantizar una experiencia placentera. La atención del personal fue impecable: siempre atentos, cordiales y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que uno necesite. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo lo importante y con muy buen acceso. Además, la decoración es encantadora, combina buen gusto y calidez, lo que hace que uno se sienta como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin dudas, un lugar altamente recomendable al que volveríamos sin dudar.

The room was very clean and bigger than in pictures! Air condition worked well. Francesca and her mom brought breakfast every morning at the time we wanted, it was always delicious! There was also some snacks, water and juice ready at the room. We got clean towels couple times during our visit. Francesca helped us a lot with the public transport etc. Location was perfect. It took couple minutes to walk to train station and there was restaurants near us. We really recommend to stay at Syrene Suites. Overall a pleasant stay and big thank you to Francesca😊🫶🏼 -Annika & Lotta

Everything was perfect!

Location is great, very convenient to go to the city center and train station. Francesca and her mom were soooo amazing🥰 Always there to help me for my trip. The breakfast was delicious too. The room was clean and provided shampoo and hand washing.

Sometimes the WiFi connection is poor
