Posizione strategica nel cuore della città vecchia di Chania ma in una via silenziosissima a pochi passi dai migliori ristoranti e locali della città vecchia. Struttura dotata di Wi-Fi , 3 bagni di cui uno con doccia e un delizioso terrazzino. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Noi ci abbiamo soggiornato in due ma tranquillamente si potrebbe stare anche in 4 o 6

Taxi drivers struggled to find it

There is a lot of house (3 floors) and it 'ticks a lot of boxes' for a holiday home. The kitchenette is adequately equipped and its a bonus having a seperate lounge room and roof deck. The location is quiet, charming, convenient and close to some good eateries. The hosts were friendly and helpful and arranged airport taxi transfer for us.

There is a trick to opening the front door, but even knowing it, we got stuck outside on 3 occasions - each time trying for 20+mins before phoning hosts, to gain entry. I suggested having the lock replaced, but host advised it was new. It is not new and is faulty. The trick is 'pull door hard towards you and up slightly, then slowly turn key - half way through the turn, the door will pop open'. If you turn the key too quickly, you'll miss the open). Wifi was miserable. None on day one (day and night - due to rain). Wifi returned on day two but only in the lower lounge room (not in bedroom/1st floor). There was no wifi on day three (there was no rain). I was travelling with a teen and need wifi for business too. Also we like to relax in the evenings with Netflix. If you're a couple and out all the time - the wifi issues might not be a problem for you. Before departure the hosts advised they would get someone to look at wifi, so it may be fixed now? I asked for a sofa bed to be made up for my teen and hosts agreed, but it was missing a couple of legs so couldn't be slept on (and only 1 base sheet provided and no pillow). The hosts advised they advertise house with double bed only, so making up a sofa bed was a favour. This is fair enough, but it would have been good to know in advance.

Great value for money in a fantastic location, host was very friendly and helpful and replied quickly to questions. Air conditioning in bedroom and large bed so slept very well .if I ever come back to Chania I will happily stay here again.

Would have preferred firmer pillows but that is just personal preference.

Great location. Close to lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. Plenty of space in property. Good aircon, nice and quiet too. Luxury mattress and comfy bed. Secluded roof terrace with good chairs

There is no aircon on the lower floor. It would be nice if there were some amenities like oil, salt, and pepper. Wifi is not great on the upper floors.

the house is very comfortable and has everything you need. the owner of the property is always willing to help with everything, he even provided a hairdryer for me. I loved my stay there
