"They stole my stuff and wanted a reward to have It back"

I am leaving Japan because of this place. The capsule experience was good but my stuff started to disappear. First my charger and cable.. then the card suddenly got lost on my bed just before check out that i did one night earlier. I asked multiple times in the reception and they never gave me the charger back. At check out they wanted 5 thousand yen for the card/key that disappeared so i asked again for my charger and they told me they had it... They stole to get a reward from it. I like Kyoto and i know this is a good place where to sleep but i won't be back. It will probably be more complicated next time if i ever come back to Kyoto non being able to sleep in this place but you must know they will take tour things to get Money back from it! Bye bye
