Amazing place. Imagine its a like a college dorm

The stairs are a bit much.

Beds were alright and showers had nice pressure.

Drying machine didn’t properly dry, therefore had to spend extra money to have dry laundry. Some of the staff members were very friendly and assisted me to the best of their abilities. On the other hand one of them was very rude with an uptight demeanor, when I asked to leave my rice hat behind the desk in a storage room after my checkout for just 2 hours he declined with a snarky remark.

The staff were nice and helpful and the hotel was very clean.

No elevator, so it's not good to stay here with heavy luggage. The break room was uncomfortable and had a very loud vent.

The bed was really comfy and it was spotless. This is a good place to stay if you are out all day touring and just need a place to rest. The lovely girl at reception when she realised I had a big case moved my room to the first floor which I appreciated as they don’t have an elevator.

There is not elevator so if you have a lot of luggage you need to be mindful of that. Towel is not included so factor that in. There is not space to open your baggage bar the hallway into the room and people coming in and out so getting organised in a cramped space can be alot. The chill area was limited but that’s fine.
