It was absolutely wonderful and felt like home away from home!! Excellent location with fabulous Views!! Loved the wild life always walking and grazing outside !! Amazing place to stay!!

The location was perfect, the amenities inside the house were exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing.

The location is perfect, quiet and comfortable. The view was beautiful. Lana provided us with helpful information about the area. On the day of our arrival we walked the Sacajawea interpretive area which was interesting. We had supper at the house and started out before sunrise the next day for our hike and soak. It was pretty perfect. If it is available next year we will stay again. I almost forgot, Lana provided a carton of fresh eggs from her chickens! Nice surprise, very kind and delicious!

Maybe a bit of landscaping using boulders and native plants. That hilltop receives a lot of sun!

This home was perfect for my husband and I. There were many little thoughtful things, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, that added to the feeling of comfort in a home. Salmon is a small enough town for that small town kindness, yet big enough for conveniences if you need anything. We used this locale as a home base between Grand Teton and Glacier National Parks. The view from the front picture window of the Bitterroot Mountains is beautiful!

There’s not much to improve on, but the home could maybe use some softer lighting for the evenings, and maybe a nightlight in the bathroom? Also, the shower floor was slick, so some kind of treading could be useful.

It was clean and the owner provided games.
