Location was close to a restaurant. Had parking outside.

It is attached to a house and the kitchen is through the connected door. The residents/hosts were clattering around the kitchen at 11/11:30pm at night making dinner which was ironic as our house rules said no noise after 9pm. We could hear their conversations and them cooking, eating and eventually climbing the stairs. Their room is above the accommodation which they continued to make noise once they moved upstairs we could even hear them going to the bathroom. They were also up at 6am when one must have left for work as could hear them leaving. The bathroom is a bit aged and has rust and bed wasn’t very comfortable but it was the noise that bothered us the most as it prevented us from getting a good nights sleep.

Mattress hard, springy and extremely uncomfortable...it was upside down...OUCH. Interior style door separates unit next door from this unit...this is unsecure, this is unsafe for fire, this is very loud letting in every sound from next door, this lets the neighbors light intrude at night. This is listed as a double but there is only one chair, no other furniture to sit on...inside or out...nothing but one desk style chair. Everything is on the floor, there is nowhere to put a suitcase, or other items except on the floor as the "desk" is the only "table" with one chair in the room. Hot, sunny Western exposure with no fan...we had to buy one at our cost to survive the 3 nights.

We didn't like EVERYTHING except that there was a bathroom and location so the 4 stars. This was a very unpleasant stay.

Easy to find and close to town! Has all the basic amenities

- free parking available - location is exceptional, great restaurants and supermarkets nearby - bed was comfy - shower was good as well

- instructions when arrival and picking up the key can be confusing but host was super quick when contacted - maybe more hangings for clothing would have been nice - dishes and cutlery are scarce for a couple and cleaning them in the bathroom is not super comfortable.

By fluke it was walking distance to one of our destination

The bathroom layout could be better for keeping towels dry. Crockery not suitable for a couple
