Central chic apartment

This is a cute apartment where you feel yourself at home. There is everything that you need: hairdryer, iron, washing machine, dryer rack and etc. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Location is the best: 10 minutes to the train station Plazza Principe and 10 minutes to the main turistical attractions .

La posizione centrale consente di raggiungere i punti più belli del centro storico e del porto. La casa è molto silenziosa in un palazzo tranquillo. Sabina di central chic è stata molto disponibile nel fornirmi informazioni sulla città e rispondendo prontamente a tutte le mie domande.

Хорошие апартаменты в импозантном доме в Генуе. Расположение отличное: пешком можно дойти и от вокзала, и до порта, и по центру погулять. Оснащение очень хорошее, есть все (микроволновки только не было, но она и не была заявлена). Хозяйка была все время на контакте и была оочень мила и заботлива 😊 Мы постирали вещи и посушили их на сушилке. В конце апреля даже можно было включить отопление! 👍 (На улице было прохладно.) Единственное только, что может смутить, из-за особенностей застройки Генуи, этаж хотя и не первый, но окна квартиры смотрят на каменную стену и в апартаментах немного темно. В то же время нет затемняющей шторы или роллетов, и ночью было светловато для сна 😁 В остальном все супер, остановимся еще.

Perfect location. Comfortable apartment and bed. Easy instructions to get in. The host was very responsive and available. The kitchen had what you need to cook and coffee for breakfast. The elevator and the washing machine were a plus.

There is no daylight in the studio because the window looks out on a very high wall, so I was disappointed because from the photo on booking.com I thought there was a view on greenery and day light. You need to have the lights on all the time. ok for a short stay only. Neighbors who were also Airbnb's voyagers were very noisy. You can hear everything from one apartment to the next. The shower is small and awkward to get in. There is nothing to hold on to if you need to hold your balance to get in since it is elevated and not much space. These negative comments are subjective and might not bother other people, especially younger people. The apartment in itself is great to visit Genoa.

Everything was excellent. Sabina was always on top and available, and even though we would arrive late, everything was well timed in terms of information, whatsapp communication, and smooth check-in. We had some goodies that made her the most attentionate host ever. The location is perfect, and the bed was very comfortable.

Centrolal, Confortable and very neat. Everything you need is there. Every question was answered and instructions to check-in/out were clear. I would have loved to stay longer.
