Cozy Retreat Apartment

Great location, walking distance to three supermarkets and numerous restaurants. Easy access to the apartment, once you are given the codes. Plenty of parking spaces right outside the apartment.

One bedroom did not have any shades or blackout curtains and was overlooked by other apartments. Sleeping was difficult in that room. Apartment layout did not allow for a table and chairs. A small kitchen counter with two chairs was the only place to eat. Did not realize this was a third floor apartment when we booked…no elevator.

Still look new, cozy, feel like hotel rooms

That doesn’t have more regular chairs, missing dryer where to put wet clothes, windowsills is dirty, two of rooms doesn’t have dark curtains (on morning is very bright), in toilet is uncomfortable to hold toilet roll paper in hand

We really enjoyed our stay in the property, however there are a few small matters that resulted in unexpected difficulties - e.g. there is an iron but no ironing board, there is a washing machine but no drying rack (except for the small towel dryer in the bathroom), there is no dining table in the living room, there is no table cloth for cleaning the kitchen after cooking (there is only one table cloth, presumably for drying dishes), there are no door stoppers (doors occasionally slam shut due to wind), the windows on southern side do not have any shutters/non-transparent curtains (it can get really hot during the day)... Overall, we felt happy to stay, but believe that resolving at least some of such small matters could greatly improve the experience.
