Station view apartment

Beautiful spacious and well-furnished appartment, very comfortable and well maintained. Super-comfy beds, and in a convenient location <20 minutes walk out of the town center and on a direct bus route, with very frequent buses - all very convenient! Great also to have a parking space, and kind of the owner to let us park a little earlier than the checkin time. (The instructions could perhaps have been a little clearer about exactly where to park - but we found it ok, and i've messaged the ownser separately with a small suggestion there). Friendly comms too. We would happily stay here again.

Not a problem at all - but just some advice to other users that there are plenty of stairs, and a number of doors and gates to unlock and get through - so i'd advise not trying to carry all your baggage in on the first time. BUT it was no problem once we know what we were doing. The lighting was fine, and the keys were all clearly labelled.

The location was great and the property was modern and homely

I emailed after we check out with some feed back about some areas that need attention. I did this to prevent leaving a negative review but sadly no response. The property should state that there is multiple stairs and walk to gain entrance with suitcases was challenging. The property didnt have a secure front door lock as chain broken. The sofa back was broken, hole and leak issue(not repaired) chairs in kitchen had shabby seats covers all small things that need to be addressed. Sadly wasnt what we expected!

Need some instructions about turning on heat and hot water

Comfortable main bed. Nicely appointed kitchen and bathroom. Perfectly clean throughout.

The entrance was difficult to find and instructions for finding it aren’t as clear as they could’ve been, a marked map and photos would’ve been helpful. The location of the key safe wasn’t obvious, I eventually asked a neighbour to help, and there are a ridiculous number of keys on a big jangly key ring, all needed for 2x gates and 2x doors to get in! The light up to the top floor doesn’t stay on for more than a few seconds and you can’t switch it on at the top so you need your phone torch on. There’s some wear and tear in the kitchen/bathroom but nothing off-putting although the bathroom towels could do with replacing. The road is noisy but you can’t hear that at the top. The main issue for me was communication with the host. I run an Airbnb and get email notifications immediately with queries from guests and deal with them within a few minutes or an hour at most when I’m at work. The host here took so long to reply, a couple of days at one point to answer questions, it was really frustrating.
