Directions and location of key safe difficult to find
GBLocation could not have been better.
The third floor apartment was difficult for access for one of our party who uses a wheelchair and climbing stairs is very difficult. We did request the return of our purple throw which we left in the living room by answerphone message but as yet we have not received a response.
GBVery comfortable stay. Jo the host responded to messages & phone call. Able to park car leave luggage inside at 11am Which was a bonus as going to a wedding in York.
Just a lot of steps for us!
GBLocations was good but hard to find because of roadworks.
Very narrow stairs to access
GBGBFirst impressions on arrival was not good, however once inside, the apartment itself was lovely, perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. Had it not been for the stairs I would certainly book again. Perfect for agile visitors, too many stairs if you have mobility issues. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable and well equipped.
The stairs posed a problem for me as I have some mobility problems.

Nothing bad, if being picky could do with a new communication folder..as something spilt all over it. A lamp next to bed so can see where going when dark. these are just observations..
GBIt was a lovely too apartment with lovely views of the station. It was tastefully decorated and to a good standard of furniture. Definitely use again.
GBLocation, very close to York city centre and could see the trains from the kitchen and bathroom window. Really loved that by using the sofa bed we got a bedroom each (my children would never get to sleep in the same room). Having a car park space is really amazing as it's in with the price for the amount of time you are staying. cost of car park in York can be 25.00- 35.00 for the day.
bathroom door lock is broken, would have loved this to have been working for my children. Sofa bed is not comfy to sleep on, however the two beds in the bedrooms are.
GBIt was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned from the people staying before us. Contacted owner and said he would get the cleaner in, which she didn’t. So we had to strip all the beds ourself and stay in other peoples mess. Then said they would refund us some of the money and didn’t follow through with it.
