La posizione

Purtroppo la mia esperienza presso "Suite Elena" è stata totalmente negativa e ben al di sotto delle aspettative. Ci sono stati diversi problemi gravi che hanno reso il soggiorno decisamente spiacevole: Check-in disastroso: Al nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato una totale non disponibilità e assenza da parte dell'host. Gestione dell'accoglienza davvero pessima e poco professionale. Problemi igienico-sanitari in bagno: All'interno del bagno c'era un odore sgradevole e a tratti nauseabondo, persistente per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Rende l'ambiente invivibile. Servizi mancanti: Il Wi-Fi, nonostante fosse espressamente previsto e segnalato nella descrizione della struttura, era completamente inesistente. Comfort zero: I letti sono dotati di materassi vecchissimi, deformati e assolutamente inadatti a garantire un riposo decente. Schiena a pezzi il giorno dopo. Nota per la struttura: Definire "Suite" un alloggio con queste carenze strutturali e di servizio è davvero fuorviante. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno minimamente confortevole.
