I stayed at the property before. Unfortunately at that time I was very ill and had to return home to see specialists. The property was conveniently positioned for everything I had to do. It was comfortable and allowed me the space that I require. The surrounds are beautiful as are the gardens with the house.

This has easily got to be one of the best and one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at using booking.com The place was simply incredible, highly recommend staying here!!!

Great property, 3 double bedrooms, one en-suite. Perfect for business or personal stay. Lots of space both inside and out. All queries answered very quickly. Easy access to Swinford which has all you need. Would definitely recommend

The house was conveniently positioned.

1. No personal check-in hence not shown around or how to use facilities. 2. Second lounge could not be used due to an awful smell in the room. The host told me she was aware of this. 3. The bath was significantly marked with in ground dirt around the sides. Host told me she was aware of this. I did not use the bath. 4. Beds not comfortable 5. No cotton sheets!!!!!! 6. Sadler's boards not flush with floor and hence a trip hazard. 7. I was due to stay 2 further nights but had to go home to see neurosurgeons urgently. I explained this to the host and asked for a refund due to the circumstances. This was refused. I could not cancel and therefore asked if I could stay 2 nights at another time so as not to lose the money. Host refused and appeared to suggest that booking.com was the arbiter. Due to this host showed lack of empathy or sympathy to someone who is seriously I'll.

Spacious, very clean and well maintained throughout.

There is nothing we didn’t like, it was great. Just a tip for going forward, a few more pots & pans.
