Casa Marisa

We had an amazing week! The hotel is beautiful and brand new, and everything is exceptionally clean. The staff and the owner are truly wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and full of great tips to make your stay even better. We were even able to change our room to a larger one, and we can confirm that all rooms are spotless, comfortable, and very well designed. The location is perfect: within walking distance of all facilities and the beach, yet when you’re relaxing by the pool, it feels like a peaceful oasis surrounded by nature. We had a fantastic week and will 100% come back when we return to Puerto Escondido. Absolutely deserving of a 10!

Neighbours burning rubbish.

Industrial design was simple but gorgeous. Pool was perfect. Room was spotless and massive. Very close to main La Punta strip and beach. Would highly recommend! We also got a really good price via booking and a last minute deal. Great value compared to other hotels nearby and facilities.

Staff were friendly and very unintrusive but communication was quite difficult with them (they didn't understand English nor really understand our basic Spanish which is more our fault than theirs). Our room had a window into the main hallway and - whilst it was a fogged window - it didn't have a curtain which meant some light came into our room all night. Minor thing but it would be good to put a curtain there to help sleep.Also no door to the bathroom which was fine for us but some people may find that a bit lacking in privacy.

Très bon logement, très propre et calme. Piscine et espaces extérieurs très agréables et personnels. Personnel très agréable et aidant.

המקום קטן וחמוד, ממוקם מרחק של 5 דקות מהטיילת של la punta, מספיק קרוב להכל, ומספיק רחוק בשביל שיהיה שקט. שידרגו אותנו לחדר הגדול בקומה 2, חדר מעולה, הכל היה מצוין, אפילו יש מטבחון קטן ומרפסת גדולה עם ערסל. נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה שלנו כאן. צוות מדהים.

ניתן לתחזק ולנקות לעיתים קרובות יותר את הבריכה, בנוסף הוילונות בחדרים לא אטומים ובבוקר קשה לשמור על החדר חשוך שזה קצת פוגע בחוויה אם רוצים לישון עד מאוחר. חוץ מזה הכל היה מושלם.

Not very sound proof (could hear the neighbours at night) and darker curtains would be an improvement - but overall did not really affect our stay :)
