PTComfort, location. The pictures are exactly what you find. Walking distance to the port, but very calm zone and always found free parking nearby (end of September). Compared to a lot of properties/prices we’ve seen, this was a great option.
Not exactly an issue, but we had to postpone some showers because we couldn’t figure out how the water heater worked properly (occasionally it looked like it was off and the water wasn’t hot). We’re used to it being automatic, but probably just needed to figure out how its cycles worked. We didn’t ask the property though, so again, not an issue per se.

Purtroppo ad agosto e’ molto difficile trovare un parcheggio, peccato non ci sia possibilita’’ di affittarne uno

GBCharming apartment which was has been lovingly restored. 6-7 minute walk from port and lovely restaurants. Spotlessly clean with everything we could need including Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The kitchen was superbly equipped and washing machine worked well and was easy to use. Contact with the owner was quick and efficient.
ITThe apartment is brand new, and very practical. Not a big apartment but the space is used very well.
I'm satisfied with everything.
AEThe house was very clean and everything was working properly. All the needed things were provided and working properly. We loved also the location.
