Good location, very nice view from the window (I think it's compensation for climbing the stairs to the third floor :), very good breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Additionally very good restaurant in the hotel - we were looking for a restaurant while walking around the city, and it turned out the best one was right there. So, it was a waste of time looking for one :)

The only downside is the small parking lot, where cars are parked one behind the other, and you have to leave your key at the front desk. This wasn't very convenient, as I don't like it when someone I don't know takes my car and re-parks it. Fortunately, they didn't have to. So at the end it did not affect my final rating :)
