"Great Location near Sea Organ"

Location is a 10 - building is right on the seafront and so close to the Sea Organ, which was why we chose it. Easy walk to restaurants and other parts of Old Town. The room itself was large - larger than most hotel rooms. The bathroom was huge - with double sinks - and the shower was great!

The building was old and lacked charm. It was a mixed-use building with offices, residences, and holiday rentals. (If that was listed in the description, I missed it.)

"Great quality room in centre of Zadar"

Great spot not far from the Sea organ in Zadar. Room was clean and spacious with a great shower.

Only on street parkimng which you need to pay for is available.

Very roomy and comfortable, nice big bathroom on the water front about 50 meters from the sea organ and a short stroll to shops and restaurants…. We enjoyed our stay here 😀

Not an issue for us, but there 2 different lots of stairs to navigate with luggage… 🧳
