Location quiet , bed and shower and host

Could do with a microwave , but small detail . Very happy

A fantastic apartment in the town, it was very clean, spacious & bright with 2 very large balconies with outdoor furniture on both, the bed was so cosy, we loved it. Tea, coffee, milk, water was left for us and also a lovey surprise of a basket of little goodies, welcome card & a lovey bottle of wine, thank you Martha for really looking after us.

The apartment was on the roof with two large private terraces, one being half covered for shade with great views inland towards the hills. Lots of natural light made the living space bright and airy. Location was a 5 min flat walk from the main shopping street and restaurants, and a 10 min flat walk from the old and new ports. Handy mini supermarket right across the street. Enjoyed using the coffee machine - having a fridge to keep drinks and breakfast stuff cool was a bonus. Plenty of towels provided. Although we did not use the tv, a netflix account was available. Mosquito screens on nearly all the windows and doors were greatly appreciated. Martha was a lovely, friendly, and helpful host.

Tricky to describe location to taxi drivers, it seems they often navigate by landmarks rather than street names! We ate breakfasts on the terrace, so it was handy to have a kettle and coffee machine, but nothing can actually be cooked or heated up (should you wish to do that, which we didn't). We stayed for a week, so more coat hangers and better drawers for clothes would be useful. Being within the centre of town you should expect to hear traffic noise, although location was well away from noisy bars and restaurants.

Ok - so if you are looking to be in the heart of the town, be able to people watch from a huge balcony where you can choose to be in or out of the sun, and have a spacious and clean room and bathroom with an attentive host close by then this is for you! If you are going to fret about being on a busy street (cars, bikes, people passing below) then maybe not for you. We loved it so much we have already booked to be back again next year!

Nothing - but improvements would be small things like better kitchen facilities (bread knife / sharp knife, larger dishes etc) and loungers to make the most of the impressive balcony.
