CAZAClean and neat with amazing views. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was the only person staying in the entire place, so it felt very quiet and lonely, but that had nothing to do with Graceland's or the staff.

I think the rotation of getting our room was too short as I think the staff did not have enough time to prep our room with new clean sheets, stocking up on refreshments and clearing of bins, however we looked past this as they were busy checking in new guests and making all guests comfortable.
