We absolutely love our stay at MerTelia Villas. It is a perfect place for relaxation and recharging. The host Dimitris was very helpful with all our requests, and the cleaning lady made sure our apartment was sparkling clean. Don't be afraid of the road; the villas are easily accessible by a compact car. If you are looking for a quiet place with a stunning view and total privacy, simply book this place.

Mertelia is a hidden gem and we sincerely loved every detail of our wonderful villa. Dimitris is a wonderful host with excellent taste, everything, really everything was fantastic. The tranquility of the location, the pool, the breathtaking views, the BBQ nights, the interior, the lovely welcome gifts, the cleanliness, the design, .. ALL! It was very hard to leave, but we will definitely come back!

The best property in Karpathos. I highly recommend it. The host is amazing and the suites are exceptional.

Our stay here was just perfect. The location, the villa and the view are just incredible. Even our Teenagers were stunned and it was perfect for our family vacation. It got cleaned every day, new towels every day and the host was very nice. We are coming back! ☀️

Everything was perfect, even beyond expectations. The outdoor area is magnificent and the owner is always kind and available for any needs. The everyday cleaning service is a plus that I have never found in any other apartment I’ve been to. Lots of amenities and high quality furniture and superb design.

Treacherous drive in off the main road. No amenities nearby, zero walkability - you 100 percent need a car. Would suggest you plan getting your supplies in advance and any day trips, as negotiating the cliff side dirt driveway at night was not something we wanted to risk.The ad says near the ocean which is true, except the very high elevation makes the beach quite a distance.

We travel a lot around the world and this is one of the most beautiful and special places we have visited At first we were a little worried that there would be no privacy or that the photos would not reflect what we would get in the end but we were pleasantly surprised and how much I will try to describe the beauty of this The amazing view, the quiet pastoral and the atmosphere was great, we felt at home , I promise you that you have never seen such a clean pool The facilities are new, the room is cleaned every morning along with the entire complex I really hope that the next guests will maintain the place and the facilities so that we can enjoy them again highly recommend Thank you Dimitris for exceptional hospitality
