The location was great, blaming distance to restaurants and shops. The apartment was nice and clean with everything we needed.

The actual resort was not open as it was end of season, so there was no access to the facilities as listed on booking.com- no spa, indoor/outdoor pool or gym. The listing didn't state that the facilities would not be available until we arrived at checkin when we were told. We would have chosen somewhere else to stay. The bedrooms had a mixture of furniture, which we found strange but maybe it's a Tuscany way to furnish rooms.

Durch Zufall haben wir die Chance gehabt, die Unterkunft kurzfristig zu buchen. Insgesamt gibt es dort 4 Appartements. Unseres hatte zusätzlich ein Dachgeschosszimmer, das sofort unsere Kinder für sich beansprucht haben.Wir waren sowohl mit der Ausstattung als auch der Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Mit enthalten war für die gesamte Dauer ein Pavillion mit Liegen und Stühlen am Strand, was den Preis des Appartements relativiert hat. Der 25 Meter lange Pool, der mit seiner Glasscheibe wie ein Aquarium wirkt, war sensationell. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlichen und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und haben uns auch stets Willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed in chalet 1 Super clean everything you could possibly need even a washing machine. 2 bedrooms one with double bed and upstairs one big attic room with a double and 2 singles. Outside you are right by the pool and bar. The pool is fantastic and you get your own beach gazebo with 2 sun beds 2 chairs and a lockable table.

Hard to find anything to say! But the spa wasn’t open

Excellent sized apartment with two floors. Right beside the private beach and apartment was very clean and right on the front at Viareggio. Host was very nice and friendly and gave good advice, vg communication.

We arrived in mid October and the swimming pool was closed which my 6 year old daughter had been really looking forward to using.

This is the beach club which mainly rents„cabanas” (tents with beach beds), has a bar, wonderful swimming pool (the best part of the property), restaurants and 2 or 3 apartments. We had an apartment for 4 people which was situated almost amongst the restaurant’s tables so in the evening it was loud. We liked that the club was almost on the beach, wonderful swimming pool. The wifi was very good, but we got other password than this in the room ( this wifi does not work on our devices). We also liked the sand in the beach (very delicate and clean) and the sea (it was clean, but there were fishes which were very obtrusive).

We got not very clean towels. They were washed, but despite this they had stains. The apartment almost did not have windows so you have to use A/C. The second bedroom was in the attick so it was hot even with working A/C. In the kitchen there was not a kettle so we had to boil water for the tea in the pot. The pots, frying pans are old and destroyed. The living room is a veranda. You can hear neighbours. There is No sponge to wash the dishes, no salt&pepper (basic spices). If you rent a room you get beach cabana. Unfortunately we got in 10 rows from the sea.
