All good.. staffs were good.. Room was clean..

Room service is ok. Restaurant is ok. Room size is ok.

Out two rooms booked in one geyser was not working. Suddenly over head water tank spilled water started flowing inside the room entrance. Entire power supply was not there

I have liked the location and view..Food was good

They didn't provide towels..Rooms are not cleaned well

They are the only target for collection of money not for service. They speak good but act bad

One of the finest Resorts to stay in kodaikanal with nice ambience and wonderful staff and are polite,very helpful,and approachable with always a smile on their face. Reception staff especially Mr John Sir (GM) , house keeping staff, restaurant staffs so gentle and welcoming, whatever may be the need. The rooms , Restaurant very neat and tidy. 0⭐Waste of money.. The room is like a public toilet.​I highly recommend everyone to avoid booking this hotel. The room was absolutely disgusting, unhygienic, and had a terrible odor. It was clearly not cleaned before my check-in, as I found hair from previous guests all over the place. To make matters worse, the room was infested with flies and insects. ​The bathroom condition was another nightmare—there was no water supply at all, and whatever little water came earlier was of worst quality and unusable. Your service is extremely poor and totally unacceptable. Save your money and health; do not stay here!
