Sehr schön ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet, reibungsloser Check in, gut ausgestattete Küche

Fehlende Mückennetze, wir hatten viele Mücken nachts und konnten daher nicht die Fenster öffnen, etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt, kein Café oder Ähnliches in der Nähe

Tolle Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und alles sehr neuwertig. Ganz viel Platz für Koffer und Kleidung, aussergewöhnlich. Auch das Bad sehr neu und gepflegt! Das Nötigste an Küchenutensilien wie Öl, Essig, Salz und Pfeffer usw waren vorhanden. Und Kaffee! ;) Matratze und Kissen waren auch sehr gut!

Ubytování bylo čisté, hostitelka moc milá. Do centra asi 10 min chůze a na pláž 5 min.

The apartment is newly furnished, perfectly clean, and within walking distance from the center of the towns of San Foca and Roca. Free parking is available on the street. Vanessa kindly welcomed us, explained everything, and recommended some favorite local restaurants and attractions. This accomodation also offers a small private terrace and a beach umbrella, which we really appreciated. Overall, 100% recommended!

The only small downside was the noisy fridge.

Una location dotata di ogni comfort, ha superato le nostre aspettative. Design nuovo, elegante, in tema marittimo. Letto comodissimo in memory, cucina dotata di tutto, pentole, stoviglie, piatti, sacchetti della spazzatura differenziata. La cucina è moderna, c'è una penisola per mangiare, la tv LCD e comodissimi sgabelli per mangiare in camera di 22/24 mq. Il must sono le poltroncine esterne e gli spazi esterni ampi. . Si dorme benissimo per gli infissi in vetrocamera e legno eccellenti ( produzione di Ivan un artigianato eccellente). Il Bagno moderno e comodissimo con una doccia ampia e bella. La posizione ottima, vicina alla spiaggia degli aranci, e lontana dal traffico Ottima esperienza in tutto!

Appartamento veramente bellissimo, arredi super nuovi e accoglienti, con ogni comfort! Per non parlare del giardinetto, stupendo. Il signor Ivan è stato gentilissimo nell’accoglienza, lasciandoci anche dell’acqua per rinfrescarci.

Vanessa, the owner of the accommodation was extremely sweet and helpful ! We were a bit delayed in arrival as we were driving from Lecce, so our check-in was a bit late, But Vanessa was extremely kind and flexible ! BroomHouse is close to to the city center 15 minute walk to the restaurants, 10 minute walk to the beach !

The host was super kind and helpful. Very nice place in a peaceful location
