The property was a good size.

We travelled 500 miles to visit friends, however upon arrival we found the property to be dirty, broken blinds and a tv that did not work. We spent the first 2 hours of our visit cleaning- just so we felt comfortable. I complained to the host regarding the broken blinds, continuous beeping smoke alarm, no dish soap, dirty carpets and surfaces, tv not working and water from the shower coming down the wall downstairs. Nothing was done about any of these issues. The host did explain a cleaner had been at the property before our arrival, however what they did I’m not quite sure. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and we have come away with sore backs. My advice to anyone would be please don’t book this property and you will not be disappointed.

No kitchen facilities (tea towels, enough bowls glasses, cutlery) what they did have was dirty The home itself was dirty, dirty tissues found, the home smelt musty, back garden looked like a dump Fire alarms were out of battery Beds were uncomfortable Checked out early and that was the highlight of the stay

Nice house

I liked everything about this house

The property is conveniently located but is on a busy road so you can hear the traffic. It is large and spacious with loads of parkking. The central heating and all other amenities including shower worked

It needs some TLC, the front door let a lot of cold air in and the bathroom window did not shut. The drawer front in the bedroom had come off and the bedroom door had a hinge that had come off. It's just little things which we weren't overly concerned about but better to fix. The main let down was the WIFI and TV did not work despite our best efforts to resolve. We gave up.

The location. The garden was good.

The television didn't work even though the owner came to adjust the WiFi. The fridge is in the front room and not in the kitchen. There was no garden furniture, and the children couldn't play safely with all the overgrown thorns.

The grass from the back yard was not cutte, old shed in the garden, there were a lot of shrubs, kettle had limescale, the house had the aspect of an old house, no air freshner etc. The front door was dirty.
