City Junction Windhoek Self Catering

Perfect stay in Windhoek, felt like home as soon as I walked in. Apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed for a weeks stay; kitchen, laundry facilities, lounge, dining area and very comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was decent, although intermittent during the evenings especially on the tv. Located a couple of blocks from Main Street, it was great walking distance to Wernhil Mall, grocery shops and various eating venues too. Location could be noisy for the light sleeper with streets below with cars tooting horns and music playing on weekend evenings, but didn’t bother me as I enjoyed being amongst it all. I felt very safe during my stay and Ndahafa was very professional and efficient with all communication prior, during and after my booking. Also assisted during my stay with questions.

生活できるだけの全てが揃っていました。ありがたいのは洗濯機や電子レンジです。 また、清潔な広々とした部屋で、ゆっくり過ごせたのは、旅の疲れをとるのに役立ちました。エアコンがよく効き、寝室には扇風機まで用意されていました。シャワーの湯温や湯量もしっかりしていて、何も不満はありません。ベッドの寝心地や洗面台の使いやすさも素晴らしかったです。 チェックインの際は、オーナーが事前に知らせていた時間に合わせてわざわざ来てくれました。事前にしっかり連絡を取れていたので、規定のチェックイン以外の時間の到着でも安心してオーナーを待つことができました。オーナーは親切に部屋のことを教えてくれて、さらに、必要な買い物などがあればお手伝いするよ、と申し出てくれました。 建物の入口にはいつも守衛さんがいて、本当に安全です。私がツアーの迎えを待っていた時、なかなか来ないのに、連絡手段がなかったので守衛さんに相談したところ、快く電話を貸してくれました。５日間のツアー後にまた宿泊したら、守衛さんが覚えていてくれて、心が温かくなりました。 場所も、スーパーに近く、また、ヴィントフックの中心へも簡単に歩いてアクセスできるので最高です。インターケープのバスを利用したい人も、乗り場がとても近いのでおすすめです。

2度目の訪問の時、冷蔵庫に前の人が残していった野菜の切れ端が残っていました。電気ケトルのお水も入りっぱなしだったので、そこまでチェックするといいと思います！ でも、本当に、不満は全くない滞在でした。

I have spotted two cockroaches in the kitchen area near the sink. not plesant

I love the apartment and it's facilities (washing machine, drying area, ironing board etc) - it's cleanliness. The owner even provided an adapter for my stay! I love the location as well - it was about 100m from Wernhill mall where we can go to eat, shop for groceries. It's also about 50m from a Catholic Church. It has great views and I can see the sunset from the balcony. :) Great stay!

I did not dislike anything but I sleep well with pillows that are a bit thin and flat. The pillows were a bit too puffy for me. I still slept well enough though. :)

The privacy and convenience

Nothing comes to mind.

The property s located conveniently close to most of the services that I required, and the Host Ndahafa was just amazing, very understanding. I really like the fact that I was allowed to check in very early.

Just some noisy neighbors at times, and the water disturbance, it was a bit uncomfortable, but it was not that big of a deal

The place is super clean and beautiful. The rooms are spacious. WiFi was excellent.

I liked everything! It was a home away from home. The host was amazing and available to help with anything. She helped me find reliable transport from and to the airport and for all my activities in Windhoek.
