Parcheggio privato gratis nel cortile...un pò complicato nel fare manovra. Ottimo per la posizione particolarmente al centro città. Appartamento piccolino ma con tutto il necessario

In una struttura penso che le lenzuola dovrebbero essere bianchi e non strappate.

Amplasarea este foarte buna - la cateva sute de metri de piata unirii. deasemenea locul de parcare din curte. Foarte util.

Camera este mica, nu a fost curatata dupa oaspetele precedent. Hainele de pat nu au fost schimbate, a trebuit sa fac eu asta, era gunoi in cos si prosoapele pe care le folosise oaspetele precedent erau inca ude/miroseau oarecum mucegait. Deasemenea, dimineata in jur de ora 5:30 un domn a inceput sa vorbeasca (la telefon) in curte pe langa intrare, si dat fiind faptul ca incaperea era direct langa accesul in cladire, se auzea foarte tare. Tipul efectiv 3-4 ore a vorbit la telefon cu pauze de 15-20 de minute intre reprize. Probabil lucreaza in cladire si este platit prea putin pentru timpul sau. In orice caz, camera la baza e ok, chiar daca e mica, dar nu a fost pregatita pentru un oaspete. Nu vreau sa fiu pretentios, dar daca dau 290 de lei sa stau o noapte, macar prosoape curate, patul facut, si liniste ma astept sa am. Nu as reveni.

Unfortunately did not manage to access the property, as I couldn’t find the pin to enter. There was no message from their part. Once the booking was confirmed I did not pay attention to it anymore as I always receive extensive guiding messages from hosts. During the night when I went to the property, could not figure out how to enter, and could not reach the host. Wrote a message to booking as well but there was no follow up. The only reply from the host was next day that they were sleeping with the kids. I only found some minimal instructions the next day in an email. Wrote a bunch more messages to the host with no response. Then after a while i called them, he said he’s on holiday but ‘stai pe pace’ he will initiate a refund with booking. Naturally, he did not. After about 2 weeks i called booking, with them basically telling me they cannot refund without the permission of the host, but they will try again and get back to me with the result. They never did. I’m not claiming I did not make a mistake in not reading that email, however the host attitude was far from hospitable. Expensive lesson in reading latest reviews and contacting the host before check-in, and that basically booking cs is useless, but a lesson nonetheless.

The location was close to the city centre and had a parking spot

Upon arrival, it was clear that the property had not been cleaned in advance. After reaching out to both customer service and the property owner, we managed to find a solution to the issue—though it ultimately involved me cleaning the space myself and changing the bedsheets. While I hadn’t anticipated taking on such tasks after a long day of driving, I appreciated that a resolution was reached, even if it wasn’t quite the one I had expected.

Very close to the old town, 300m away from Uinion Square. Bed was comfortable 😌 Has its own parking spot
