Location. Nothing else.

Manager is the rudest guy I have ever met. Unapologetically rude. He doesn’t accept mistakes. He was continuously asking us to adjust with whatever was provided (every amenity listed was missing). We called the manager and he never showed up. When we frustratedly walked up to him after an hour, he started shouting at us. Really bad experience.. I want you to take an action against him if possible.
