The hosts were wonderful. Lasith was at hand with local recommendations and his wife jamila cooked us a fantastic breakfast. The villa itself is walking distance to the beach. It is large and wealth appointed and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended.

A beautiful villa in a peaceful location, very safe with locked gates and EVERYTHING you need during your stay… I mean literally everything, just like a home from home. Two bedrooms and both have very comfortable beds, with en suite washrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook for yourself and there are many options for supermarkets just a short tuktuk ride away.

Nothing to dislike.

As per my previous review (this is for my second booking), the house is newly-built and in perfect condition. The location is excellent, the WIFI is strong and reliable (I work online so this is important), there's a completely brand new 65" smart TV (I was the first to use it!), it has a kitchen with everything you need, also a good washing machine. The garden is really nice and the property is secure - even the neighbours are friendly! The hosts are super kind and responsive, I was also very kindly given a lift to the train station on the day I left. Absolutely recommend and would love to return some day.

Everything was perfect

I stayed here for slightly over two weeks and was very happy with my stay. The hosts were super friendly and polite, and the house itself is newly-built and in perfect condition. It seems bigger than in the pictures! The kitchen has all you need for cooking, there's a washing machine, air con and it is walking distance to the beach. The place seems very secure and in a relaxed area. I work online so a strong internet connection is important for me - the internet was very fast and reliable. There is also a brand new 65 inch smart TV that I used for Netflix! I'd definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

The hosts are very nice and did whatever possible to make our stay pleasant. The house is nice with a welcoming yard.

One if the bathrooms had missing hot water. The water was not very cold though.

New well-equipped villa with the great high speed Wi-Fi so you can work remotely. The location is also awesome, beach is just in 10 minutes walking distance. We have 3 separate rooms, dining area, kitchen and cool living room so there is a lot of space. We use one of the room as a working cabinet because it has comfortable table and chair. The area near the house is also very cozy and secure.

Everything is awesome

very nice and pleasant house. Everything is very clean and all the furniture is new, everything is as in the photo. Lasith and Shamila are attentive and kind people, they quickly resolved all our questions, they were always in touch. Good internet, there is even an office. There are no insects in the house. The ocean is only 8 minutes walk. I can definitely recommend this house. We had a great time in it.
