The location was high in traffic, the set up of the house had all the rooms connected so there was no privacy, ceiling fan and light in one room didn’t work. The stairs to enter the apt was EXTREMELY STEEP!
PALocation was great for us
Please let the guest know that tenant in apt a has reserved parking spot in the lot next door. We were woken up at by loud knows to tell us that it was her paid spot. We honestly did not know.

USThe apartment was clean and management were very responsive when we needed help. Was within walking distance to the French Quarter and close to some good restaurants and bars on Frenchman street.
There weren’t any doors separating two of the bedrooms so very little privacy for couples. First airbnb we’ve stayed at with a washer and dryer that didn’t furnish laundry detergent. Ended up buying our own and left what we didn’t use for the next renters.
