Location was good. Room was neat and tidy.

No TV in the room. The inside of the kettle has never been cleaned. No hot water in the afternoon and had to have a cold shower at 10pm. The water was luke warm in the morning at around 9am. Could do with aircon with heating/cooling to warm the room faster. Too much noise in the night by other guests partying till late and early morning.

André the Manager was very friendly and helpful. Clean, with lots of facilities

Clean and spacious. Friendly and welcoming.

Some basic amenities missing / not catered for - bedside lamps, mirror etc. Insufficient linen (single duvet on a king size bed! and a blanket…. )

Check in was disorganised. No obvious reception. No one to meet me on arrival. I had to phone to have the gardener summoned. No breakfast.

I liked everything about the place.👌 I'm definitely taking the kids along next time😭❤️

Check in experience was not good. No formal sit down or paperwork in order. Lady who checked us in was kind but could barely understand english and just said pick a room and did not recognise our booking.com booking. Gardner had to step in to interoperate who was very helpful. Staff where good but but not trained and had no system. A better check in process would be great. But besides this it was fine
