Nothing! This was by far one of the worst stats I’ve ever had.

My stay here was extremely disappointing. The owner was completely unresponsive to messages, and when I first arrived, it took him a full week just to fix the WiFi. The living conditions were unacceptable—dirty, unhygienic, and clearly neglected. Despite being advertised as a serviced space, a cleaner was only sent twice in an entire month, and that was only after I repeatedly begged via text. There was no schedule, so I never knew when (or if) cleaning would happen. Even when the cleaner did show up, I had to pay him directly just to ensure my room was actually cleaned properly. The kitchen was an absolute nightmare—filthy, bug-infested, and completely unsuitable for cooking. It was clear that basic hygiene and maintenance were not a priority here. Overall, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Spend a little more for accommodation that is clean, well-maintained, and properly managed. This was by far one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.

I made a big mistake coming here

The room was covered in black and white mold, and it was very dirty. My room was cleaned only 2 times for 1 month, it was difficult to communicate, as the administration did not respond to messages. There was a construction site opposite the house and at 7 a.m. it was already very noisy and dusty. there is no hot water in the shower at all. The Internet was working very poorly, and it didn't work at all for several days. You can't swim in the pool, it's very dirty. A snake crawled into my neighbor's room) Because of the mold, I felt very unwell, it was hard to breathe, the room was very damp and humid. I had to spend most of my time outside the house. No one met me when I checked in, they didn't give me a key, and I had to sleep with the doors open all night..
